Returns Policy

If the order is successful, from the day of receiving the order, if the goods need to be returned or replaced due to quality problems, the customer can contact us within 7 days for handling.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Usually we are by air, but also by sea. Our mode of transportation includes USPS, FedEX, DHL, etc.

Usually different regions, we will use different logistics, we and a number of logistics companies, in order to be able to quickly send orders to your hands. In some remote areas and countries, we will use express mail.

Usually, after your order is successful, we will process the order within 24-72 hours; after the order is successfully processed, we will deliver the goods, and you will receive the order within 7-20 days.

If the distribution area is remote, the logistics distribution cycle is long. It is suggested that you go to the corresponding logistics company website in your region to learn the latest logistics status of the goods, or contact our customer service.

We will try our best to urge the logistics companies to deliver the goods within the expected delivery time. If the logistics company fails to complete the delivery within the expected delivery time, you can choose to extend the delivery time, or cancel the order or apply for return to get a full refund of the payment.
